• It was a highway of humpback mothers and calves heading south past Brunswick Heads yesterday less than 2km off shore … very little breaching but a lot of surface time, with one trio – mother, calf and escort, very curiously moving onto us and hung around for 30 minutes+. It felt as if they considered us part of their pod 😉
